Introduction to GIS and Remote Sensing
The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the
technology and the underlying thought behind GIS and Remote
Sensing
with the goal of enabling them to interpret aerial photographs and
satellite imagery in scientific endeavors. Students in
Biology,
Geology, Environmental Science, Archeology, and other
field-oriented
